Shipping Times

All products are made to order and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Printful.
Average delivery times:

  • USA: 5–12 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Production usually takes 2–4 business days before your order ships. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each item is printed on demand, orders can only be changed or canceled before production begins.
If you need to update your order, email us as soon as possible at danishiqbal@ultimatefandom.com.


Returns & Exchanges

Since items are custom-made, we can only accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Print quality issues
  • Items that arrive in the wrong size due to a production error

For any of the above, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.


Wrong Size?

Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for size exchanges if the size you selected was incorrect.
Please check the sizing chart on each product page before ordering.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost in transit or heavily delayed, reach out to us.
We’ll work with Printful to track it or send a replacement when eligible.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • Printful cannot fulfill or replace the order
  • Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method.
